cd buildresume
java -cp BuildResume.jar menu.Menu
To execute the jar file on the Mac, I run it in Eclipse or go to terminal and type in:
java -cp BuildResume.jar menu.Menu
How can I run it as an application in OS X without going to Terminal?
Java Jar Launcher Download Mac Os X
I think this may be something related to some of the filesystem issues we've been finding recently (Java seems to dislike working across multiple file systems, and as the ftbapp 'image' is technically it's own filesystem, I'm gonna guess it's complaining because of it, alternatively, it's just the launch code not working on mac, but it was. I did update my software, so I am assuming I have the latest version of Java although I don't know how to 100% ensure that - the Java.com website just told me to update the overall software on my Mac and said that will take care of Java's latest version also. Mac OS X Version 10.6 and below. Use Software Update available on the Apple menu to check that you have the most up-to-date version of Java 6 for your Mac. Java 7 and later versions are not supported by these older versions of Mac OS X. If you have problems with Java 6, contact Apple Technical Support. You can't run JAR files without Java installed on your computer. If you don't already have Java installed, go to Java's website at and click the Download button below the latest version of Java, then install Java once it downloads.
